Effective 1st November 2024, all our room rates include a Continental Breakfast only of Cold Meats, Cheese, Pastries, Toast, Juices,
Granola, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee.
Our Continental Breakfast is served between 08:00am and 09:00am (Mon-Sun).
Please note effective 1st November 2024 our restaurant Hearth is closed for the season.
Our Check-In times are from 3pm-9pm.

Check Out Time Please vacate your room by 10.30am on the morning of departure as it needs to be turned around, deep cleaned and sanistised and ready for our next guests.
Your Room Charges for the full stay need to be settled upon check-in. However, If you are dining with us that evening, we are happy for you to settle it together with your restaurant bill.
We accept payment in Credit / Debit card Mastercard and Visa (please note we do not accept Diners Club or American Express).

Cancellation Policy
There is no cancellation charge if you cancel your booking more than 5 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel within 5 or less days prior to your arrival, there is a cost of the first full night of your booking.
If you cancel 24 hours or less, there is a 100% cancellation fee on your full stay.
Please note, all our rooms are double rooms with no twin beds and a maximum capacity of 2 people with no provision of baby cots.
All our rates are VAT Inclusive and include a Full Scottish Breakfast.
All room guests are required to settle their room charges upon Check In.
We also have Staycation Offers throughout the year on weekends, which include a 3 Course Dinner at Hearth, stay in our Superior Double Room with a full Scottish Breakfast. Please email us for further details.
